Mentoring
Mentoring students has been a rewarding experience for me. I strive to create an environment where they feel encouraged to ask questions, explore ideas, and develop independent problem-solving skills. Watching students grow in confidence, build technical expertise, and contribute to scientific discussions has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of my academic journey.
